"This place caught me by surprise when I saw it opened here in uptown, immediately I had to try. This is good alternative to its competitor HB. The chicken was served hot, juicy and crispy. Overall the chicken itself I was extremely satisfied and met my expectations. However, the recommend spiciness was a little over for me, good experience nonetheless. However, I can’t say much about the fries and drinks, my fries were soggy as thought the oil was not hot enough or it was taken out from the fryers early. My drinks did not had ice in it, which is fine for me, but soggy fries a let down for me. Outlet is pretty like the name, staff were attentive. Will come again."

"Fried chicken is freshly fried, hot and juicy. It's well spiced. Tried their pretty hot and the extra hot. Both arent actually hot. Extra hot just taste a bit more peppery. Not worth adding if you're looking for HEAT. Fries is nice. The pretty sauce and onion sauce were also nice. Just wish the extra hot was actually more spicy."

"Second time visiting, decided to come and try their fried chicken and I must say it's also on par with Hot Bird. Personally, I find both equally good in different ways where I like the overall texture of Hot Bird but I like the type of spicy that Pretty Hot Chicken offers. Prev: First time visiting, the Hot Bird competitor that has been around located in the same row of shops, Pretty's Hot Chicken offers their tenders and spicy chicken burger as an alternative and I must say food wise it is fantastic . The tenders are huge, full of spicy and crispy on the outside while tender (hehe) on the inside, we couldn't stop eating it despite how spicy it is(normal spice level). The burger was also delicious and I would argue one of the better ones I have tried. The burger chicken patty is super crispy and tender while the mayo just compliments the whole thing. The portion sizes of the food are also generous and the price is cheaper than hotbird which is incredible. I have yet to try their fried chicken but I will definitely do so in the future. As with Hot Bird, Pretty Hot Chicken requires you to self serve but at least they had fork and spoons instead of the the spork which I personally despise. The environment is low effort, hot as the air conditioning was not working and the seats aren't comfortable so it's more of a eat and go place. Overall, amazing tenders and chicken burger restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. Thank you for reading my review"

"If you are a fan of fried chicken, I would suggest you to go here. I got the meal ser pretty chicken (level 1 spicy if not mistaken), meal set deluxe chicken burger, pretty sauce (cup sauce) For the chicken, it tastes fresh. It doesn’t have the funky chicken smell. The chicken I got was piping hot. I think they just finished cooking a new batch of chicken. Spicy level, slight because I took the pretty’s hot spicy level. It is a recommended spice level. As for the burger, I took the pretty’s hot level as well. Burger is delicious! The fries… is so good. It was still warm when I got the fries. The cup sauce? Hype or worth it? To me, it is very worth it. I dipped the chicken, burger and fries into it. It was really good. As I am typing this, my mouth is watering. Price wise, it is decent. The sauce cup is RM18 if I am not mistaken. Sekali kali boleh la.. haha Oh and when I came, the floors are slightly slippery and oily…. Have a try, its good"

"As good as its name suggests, it does provide some pretty good fast food options! Crispy, large, and spicy chicken. A variety of condiments available too. Our burger came with an anonymous white sauce which tasted so good! Overall 8/10."
